Shkreli, of course, is the guy who acquired the rights to Daraprim, a drug used to treat life-threatening parasitic infections in people with compromised immune systems, such as AIDS patients, then proudly boasted he’d be raising the price from $13.50 to $750 a tablet. Pure class.
